"Hi William, thanks for the console guide !! I had my PS2 up and running the " BLUE DISCS " in less than 20 minutes !!!! I will make sure all my friends order one of these AWESOME CDs !!! I wonder how many times SONY has charged some poor geek a $120.00 service charge for a few minutes of their time..." -Dale.

"I don't know if you want more testimonials but I just had to let you know my experience with your manual. My daughter's Play Station has been not working since Christmas when one of the kids tripped on the cord for DDR and the PS2 came crashing down to the floor. She kept asking and asking if I could get it fixed. I made calls to local places and electronic repair shops. Basically, the only thing I was told was call Sony, or go to Sony on line, but it's probably worth it just to buy a new one. Well, I called Sony twice. The first time I didn't have the model number with me so I had to hang up. The second time, one toll free number directed me to another toll free number that ultimately told me that the call volume was too high and they couldn't answer my call. Call back another time. So, I decided to go to Sony on line and see what I could do, but first I did a search to see if I could just get it repaired locally. Every one of the results were mail in for $39.95 to $49.95 (plus shipping) just to look at it. Then I found your site. The rest is history. Within 1 hour of downloading your troubleshooting guide, the Play Station is up and running and "I'm AWESOME!" Thanks bunches! "

"Your cd saved me from buying a new PS2 and giving someone else one hell of a deal. I left positive feedback for you. Will keep in contact." ~Aaron

"Dood, you rule. I was bit skeptical about these e-Books, but man you really hit the spot. I couldn't afford to pay someone what they were asking to fix this. I've been browsing eBay forever and I've seen your guide on there before, I ended up buying a cheap repair guide from some teenage punk and it was total junk. So I resorted to you're slightly more expensive guide- but it was worth it! You should be charging $30 for these things. I had my PS2 fixed in about 25 minutes, and you saved me from pawning my PS2" -Ed

"I received a ps2 for free...yes for free from my brother and his friend. (They bought it when ps2 first came out when it was $300 or $400). Anyway they bought a new one because the first one was not loading games, cd's, or movies.. Ha Ha Ha to them now. They gave the old one to me and said if I fix it I can have it. They thought it would cost about $120 to fix. They flipped out (didn't believe me) when I told them I paid only $10 to fix it. So I now have a perfectly running ps2 for $10. Thank you very much. "The playstation 2 manual worked great I went through cleaned the lens but it still was getting a disc read error so I went ahead and through an oscilloscope on the cd player and once I adjusted the voltage it worked great, just wanted to say thank you very much you saved me $110.00, thanks" -Joe

"Thank you SO much! My Playstation was not working and Sony would not fix it for us without 120 because we purchased our system at a pawn shop. It took my husband 20 minuets to have ours back up and going strong. You have two very grateful little boys singing your praises now that their system is working. You also have a very grateful mother." -Tanya

"I got it fixed. Thanks man, it was pretty easy. Still could not have done it without your guide. Worth the money." -Jim

"You have no idea how much money I've spent in the last 2 weeks trying to fix this. Thank GOD for your guide, finally a product good to its name. I've been through 2 other "repair guides" and neither had information relevant to my problem. Then I saw yours. Your eBay feedback was great so I took the plunge- and I'm glad I did. You truly are the Bill Gates of PS2 repair. Thanks for your help"-Kris P.

"Hey, thanks for the info. Your PS2 repair guide was just what I was looking for. Who would have thought I could fix this thing, surely not me. This was kinda of a last ditch effort before I junked the unit. Thank goodness I cam across your guide. Its working like new now, and only costed me $10. "-Joel.

"I just wanted to send you this e-mail to say thank you. For about $10.00, I was able to fix my PS2, all by myself. I was a little nervous about taking it apart because I'm not trained to work on electronics (or anything else for that matter), I'm a Paralegal. Also, the sticker on the back of the machine states that the warranty is void if you open it, but what other choice do you have, wait 2 months to send it in and then get it back and oh, by the way, pay a fee to get it fixed. Anyway, I did it within an hour and a half. I feel so great, I'm ready to start taking other things apart in the house. Thank you so much." -Kim.
